We, at Adhesible, and our affiliated entities, ("we," "us," "Adhesible"), provide an AI-powered contextual ad tech platform for digital content management services (the "Platform"). The personal information we collect on the Adhesible Websites is not used for automated decision making and profiling, except for automated processes in the context of marketing. As stated above, you can opt-out of direct marketing by Adhesible by contacting Adhesible directly or by following the instructions through the unsubscribe options in our email messages.
You have a right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority in your country if you believe that Adhesible is processing your personal information in violation of applicable laws.
To exercise any of these rights, you may contact Adhesible by following the instructions in section 10 below. We may need to verify your identity before we are able to process your requests.
8. Interactions with Children
Our Services are not intended for children, and we do not permit children to register. If we inadvertently receive personal information about a child without valid consent, we will remove such information from our records.
9. Third-Party Services and Integrations
9.1. Information on our Services contain links to third party services, content, websites or applications, including advertisements, and any information you provide to those sites and applications will be covered by any privacy policies they may have. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that we do not own or control or employees that we do not manage. Please be sure to read the privacy policies of any third-party applications, services and sites that you visit or provide permission to access your information. It is those third parties’ responsibility to protect any information you give them, so we will not be held liable for their wrongful use of your personally identifying information.
9.2. We enable you to interact with third party services (for example, Zoom and YouTube) to automate ingestion of your media assets from to our Services (“Integration Third Parties”). Media assets ingested from Integration Third Parties and associated with users accounts are processed for the purposes of providing you the Services. Retention of media assets ingested from Integration Third Parties is controlled by the customer, who may choose to retain such media assets even after ending its relationship with the Integration Third Parties. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such Integration Third Parties. Please be aware that such third parties can collect personal information from you. Accordingly, we encourage you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of each Integration Third Parties.
9.3. Processing and retention of data from third-party services: May also be subject to the privacy policies and terms of use of those third-party services. In particular, Adhesible’s YouTube integration uses the YouTube API Services. Account Owners using Adhesible’s YouTube integration agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) and are subject to Google’s Privacy Policy (http://www.google.com/policies/privacy). In addition to Adhesible’s normal procedures for managing and deleting the media assets, Account Owners can manage and revoke the Adhesible YouTube integration’s access to data via the Google security settings page at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.
10. California Do Not Track Notice
Do Not Track (“DNT”) is a privacy preference that users can set in certain web browsers. Please note that we do not respond to or honor DNT signals or similar mechanisms transmitted by web browsers, but we may allow third parties, such as companies that provide us with analytics tools, to collect personally identifiable information about an individual consumer’s online activities over time and across different websites when a consumer uses the services.
